In other words, if the bit rate is high, the video will have good picture and sound quality, but the data size will increase accordingly.
When considering video editing encoding, it’s basically better to set the bitrate as high as possible within the allowed range of data capacity, but how do you set the bitrate in the first place? I think there are also people who say that.
