TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

It is recommended to use the H.264 codec to obtain an MP4 format.
As for the dimension, it is recommended that it be 720p (720px both wide and long, that is, square in shape).
The video may have a maximum speed of 30 frames per second (30 fps). If a video is uploaded in a format greater than 30fps, Facebook will reduce it at this speed.
As for the sound of the video, it is better to opt for stereo sound with a range of 44,100 Hz (44.1 kHz).

Reduce the size of the video.
Reduce the file size.
