How come there is no quality difference between flac music and mp3 music?

Lossy vs LossLess

Many audiophiles have struggled with this question, because the difference between 320k MP3 and true lossless is really very small. Let a person listen to a song blind and then ask if it’s MP3 or lossless. Most people can only guess. .
But in the case of comparison, as long as the equipment can restore the details well, there are many people who can hear the difference between MP3 and lossless, but it is also related to the specific type of music. I have made a comparison myself, instrumental music is richer and music with a wider sound field is easier to distinguish, especially symphonic. MP3 will appear less detailed and the sound field will be smaller, but there is almost no difference when listening to a single human voice.
Compared with headphones, speakers are more likely to cover the sound source problem, and it is more normal not to hear the difference. The rational point of view is that as long as the final effect is good, it doesn’t matter if it is lossless or not, the difference that cannot be heard is not called a difference. But psychologically, of course, it is more comfortable to leave it intact.
If you want to be honest, it’s easier to hear the difference in source with a symphonic audition than it is with a pop song, but I’m not sure you can hear it with speakers.
Another very important point is that monitors are different from headphones, talking about monitors is actually talking about a complete monitoring system that includes speakers + environment.
